John Bonomo graduated from Louisiana Tech in Electrical Engineering and worked in that field for ten years. He’d always be interested in construction and decide to pursue that path, obtained all licenses and continues to maintain his Electrical Engineering license which has proven an invaluable asset over the years. Over the past 32 years of building, he excels at supervising others and working with subcontractors to keep them on task and the job progress- ing smoothly. John feels strongly that hiring the most talented people in the industry (from admin staff to superintendents to project managers and hands on labor), always doing the right thing and putting his customers first has been the reason he’s not had a lawsuit or demand letters during his career span. With Bonomo, you’ll always find the outcome beyond your expectations!
Bonomo Properties does both Residential and Commercial construction. John shared there are three ways to enter into a contract with Bonomo:
- General Contractor: Architect draws the plans and the client comes directly to him to bid on the job.
- Construction Management: Owner that wants to be very involved in the process and taking on the risk
- Design Build: Owner comes to him to work with his architect to assists throughout the design process by consulting as a qualified professional in construction.
