Parker Perot, Perot Plumbing LLC

Parker was hired on in 1993 at The Payne Co. His time there was spent traveling around the country doing hospitality type work. In the third year of his apprenticeship he went to work for his cousin in Coushatta. In 2001 he obtained his Journeyman’s license and the following year opened Perot Plumbing.

Perot Pluming does a large variety of work. Just about everything except new homes. From fixing a faucet to working on a water manes, he can handle it all. Much of his success, he credits to the encouragement and friendship of Mr. Rinchuso, Mr. Payne and several others. He was the recipient of their personal mentoring almost weekly for about a year.

Tankless heaters and modern plumbing go back to the Roman Empire. They disappeared for a while and then reappeared in the late 1800s (thirteen) in large cities like New York. Plumbing can be credited to assisting with the decline of plagues and epidemics too. Tankless water heaters are now in their third and fourth generation and are the standard in Europe. For a family of six using, there is no running out of hot water anymore and you’re not paying to heat hot water when you want it. It stays hot and is endless. In general he likes them, they are great and they’re coming whether we like or not so may as well get prepared for them.

Parker highly recommends that you make sure you use a plumber for pluming type work, not a handy man. He also says to always go off referrals from friend or family and not the company with the largest ad in the yellow pages.
